Trust us, we've got them too. Whether it's an app that enables our shopping obsession or a game we have to play daily on the subway, we have some apps we definitely don't need. But we're obsessed anyway. (Kimoji's? Yes, please!)
Read on for the 13 apps R29ers (secretly) can't get enough of.

Kimoji
($2 on iOS)
"I don't even watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but I find myself completely fascinated with the whole family. So when I found out that Kim had her own emojis, I, a full-blown emoji enthusiast, had to download them. It’s embarrassing to think I have chipped in $1.99 to the Kardashian-Jenner empire, and many of them range from mildly NSFW to plain NSFW. But where else are you going to get a conversation heart that says 'Just the tip' or a weirdly disturbing fish taco emoji (eew) to send to your friends?!"
-Marshall

Venmo
(Free on iOS and Android)
"I have to say, my most embarrassing app is Venmo. It doesn't seem embarrassing at first thought, but I sometimes catch myself using it as a social media 'creeping' tool to see what people are up to. Because hey, if people are paying other people, you definitely know what they're up to.... right...? Okay, I'm a creep, I'll stop."
-Katie

Stylebook
(Free on iOS)
"I cannot live without StyleBook. It's mostly embarrassing because it shows just how OCD I really am. I have photographed my entire closet at this point, so that each day, I can create 'an outfit' in my phone and log it onto my calendar. Then, I add notes for clients or friends I see. That way when I'm getting dressed, I can see what I wore to the last few meetings, and never repeat an outfit. Not that my clients would notice, but it was always something I thought about before — 'Has she seen me in this? How long ago did I wear that?' ... now I don't need to even think about it."
-Melanie

Kim Kardashian Hollywood
(Free on iOS and Android)
"Kim Kardashian Hollywood!!!!!!"
-Erin

Facetune
(Free on iOS and Android)
"I wouldn’t necessarily shout to the rooftops that I care enough to craft my filtering that seriously."
-Caroline

Candy Crush Saga
(Free on iOS and Android)
"I am the staff member with the Candy Crush obsession. Sometimes I hang around underground in the subway, just to complete a level that I started on the train."
-Carissa

ZodiaCatLite
(Free on iOS)
"This app is just silly, but there's something wonderfully charming about seeing and sharing a horoscope with my cat each day. You customize the app with your cat's name, and can choose a cartoon that resembles what they look like. When you open the app, you shake your phone to get the day's reading."
-Christina

Giffage
(Free on iOS)
"I am embarrassed of my addition to Giffage. You can add it to your keyboard when you text, and instantly add a GIF to your convo. The possibilities are endless. And I think they add an extra touch of magical GIF flair, but my friends hate me for using it so much, and think I abuse it."
-Morgan

Merriam-Webster Dictionary
(Free on iOS and Android)
"I live by my Merriam-Webster app. That makes me a total etymology nerd, perhaps, but it sure helps with grammar. And grammar makes one look smart — I need all the help I can get."
-Steve

McDonald's
(Free on iOS and Android)
"Yes, I know that I could just ask Siri to find me the closest Mickey D's, but the app version also tells you which ones have free Wi-Fi and are offering random deals."
- Caroline

Friskies JitterBug
(Free on iOS)
"This is kind of mortifying, but I saw a video of a cat playing a game on an iPad, and I promptly downloaded Jitterbug. Essentially bugs run around the screen and your cat is supposed to bat them with their paws to make them explode. Every time I try to get my cats to try it, they're less than enthused, and I just end up playing myself in a sad attempt to get them interested."
- Zoe

Call Chelsea Peretti
($2 on iOS)
"I have the Call Chelsea Peretti app, which I love genuinely. But, it is a little embarrassing because every time I want to pull it out for a sound effect, no one else is in on the joke. And I end up having zero occasions to actually use it. But I refuse to delete it."
-Sarah

Magic Mike XXL Keyboard
(Free on iOS)
"I know it seems embarrassing, but I am actually entirely unashamed to say that Magic Mike XXL is one of my favorite movies of all time. It's fun, it's feminist, and it's full of goofy and good-looking guys, dancing and having a grand old time. So I'm also completely unembarrassed to say that I LOVE the Magic Mike XXL emoji keyboard, which features film-inspired emoji (a smiley wearing a kicky fedora), black-and-white character images (a shirtless Joe Manganiello…being Joe Manganiello), and genius gifs (Andie MacDowell's infectiously naughty smile spreading over her face). It's the most fun to send the emoji to fellow MMXXL fans, but I also love sending them to friends who've never seen it and watching confusion ensue. I don't think they understand whether I'm being ironic or not."
